Butt and Thighs

Ok, provided is today's workout, focusing mainly on butt and thighs. I did this workout one time through before I went to brunch on Friday, just so I didn't feel completely useless. Today I think we might attempt a 2-3 time repetition to get the full effect. I call this the

BOOTY CIRCUIT

30 jumping jacks
20 lunges
10 squats
10 plie squats
20 side lunges
20 glute kickbacks
15 short bridges
10 side leg circles (each)
20 glute kickbacks
15 squats
10 plie squats
20 jumping jacks

I'm thinking about starting at the beginning and for my second repetition just reverse the workout since it starts and ends with jumping jacks. Or I can just suck it up and do 20 jumping jacks then 30 jumping jacks. DO WORK!!
